Lucent Music & Arts – Terms of Service & Policies

Welcome to Lucent Music & Arts! By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms designed to create a safe, respectful, and enriching learning environment for all.

Enrollment & Tuition

• Enrollment is only confirmed upon full payment.
• All tuition is pre-paid and non-refundable.
• Payments must be made via credit card or ACH—cash and checks are not accepted.
• Tuition may be reviewed and adjusted annually.

Cancellations & Attendance

• Private lesson cancellations require 72 hours' notice to avoid being charged.
• Group class sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• Late arrivals will not result in extended lesson time.

Student Behavior

• Students, parents, and guardians must conduct themselves respectfully.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

Privacy & Media Release

• We may take photos or videos during lessons and events for promotional use.
• By enrolling, you consent to this unless you opt out in writing.

Safety & Liability

• Music education may involve minor physical risks.
• Enrollment indicates release of Lucent Music & Arts from liability for any injuries or losses sustained during lessons or events.

Other Terms

• Teachers may use minimal, appropriate physical contact to adjust posture or technique.
• Recital and event participation is encouraged but not mandatory.
• These terms may be updated at any time; continued participation implies agreement.
